Binding Agreement

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the jeetin platform at jeetin.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the jeetin platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jeetin and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. jeetin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.

These terms apply to all products offered on jeetin, including but not limited to: cricket betting (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international matches), live casino (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi), slots (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming), Aviator, Fortune Horse, and any future products or features added to the platform.

Who May Use jeetin

To register and use jeetin you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jeetin strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old.
• You are accessing jeetin from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by jeetin for any breach of these terms.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking full legal and financial responsibility for your actions on the platform.

jeetin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Documents acceptable for verification include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Where age cannot be confirmed to jeetin's satisfaction, the account will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited in full.

Your Account

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on jeetin. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jeetin reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. jeetin will never contact you to ask for your password. You must notify jeetin's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jeetin accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of you sharing your login credentials with a third party.

When registering your account, you must supply accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or contact number — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date; if your registered mobile number changes, you must update it promptly via account settings or by contacting support.

Financial Transactions

jeetin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances and betting amounts are denominated in BDT using the ৳ symbol. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

Supported payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. jeetin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your own name. Any deposit detected as originating from a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

Withdrawal requests are processed promptly. Transfers to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving bank's processing times. jeetin reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity appears unusual. During any active verification period the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to seventy-two (72) hours.

jeetin does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, etc.) or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which jeetin bears no responsibility. All transaction fees applied by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

Bonus Terms

From time to time jeetin offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. In the absence of a specific offer page, the default wagering requirement for any bonus amount is 10x (ten times) the bonus value in real-money bets before a withdrawal can be requested.

Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

jeetin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that remain unused for thirty (30) days from the date of credit will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

• Bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds in your account balance.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live casino table bets above a specified stake — may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution. Refer to the specific offer page for eligible games.
• jeetin's decision in all matters relating to bonus eligibility and wagering fulfilment is final.

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on jeetin are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, game, or event as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of the rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or void bet.

Cricket betting markets on jeetin — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — are governed by standard cricket betting settlement rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared a no-result by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL Board), all affected bets will be settled as void and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

For live in-play betting, jeetin uses real-time data feeds. In the event of a data feed error, jeetin reserves the right to void affected bets. Bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are manifestly different from the true market price due to a technical error — may be voided at jeetin's discretion. jeetin's trading team decision on any disputed settlement is final.

The maximum payout per single bet or per event for any player is ৳10,00,000 (ten lakh taka) unless a higher limit has been expressly approved in writing by jeetin's management. Bets resulting in a calculated payout exceeding this cap will be paid only up to the maximum payout limit.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeetin and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Match-fixing or use of insider information: Placing bets based on knowledge of a pre-arranged or fixed outcome is a serious offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over jeetin or other players.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing inconsistencies between jeetin and other operators in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using VPNs, or exploiting technical errors to claim promotional offers in excess of their intended scope.
• Money laundering: Using jeetin's deposit or withdrawal infrastructure for any purpose other than genuine recreational betting and gaming. jeetin cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected money laundering activity.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not explicitly authorised by jeetin.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider without first raising the dispute formally with jeetin's support team.

Disclaimer

jeetin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain a stable, fair, and secure service, jeetin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods, force majeure events, and third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetin's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player into their jeetin account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeetin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment — arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if jeetin has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Your Personal Data

jeetin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to jeetin's collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jeetin includes but is not limited to: name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, device identifiers, IP address, and transaction history. This data is used to provide and improve the jeetin service, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and — where you have opted in — send you relevant promotional communications. jeetin will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Closing an Account

You may close your jeetin account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method within five (5) business days, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

jeetin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that jeetin deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In such cases jeetin may withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, jeetin may forfeit the balance in accordance with the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and jeetin, you should first contact jeetin's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jeetin's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 72 hours of receipt.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. jeetin's decision on all matters relating to the settlement of bets, bonus eligibility, account conduct, and interpretation of these terms shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
